You’ve registered for your free Mumboe account and logged in for the first time. Now what? One of the first things you’ll want to do is set up your account with Users, Agreement types and other settings. Mumboe’s new Admin screen makes this process even easier than before. There are a lot of options for configuring your account, so the Admin sections have been consolidated to make navigation more intuitive. In addition, right-side navigation links have been updated to provide one-click access to the screens and information you need most.

Are you a Mumboe account administrator? If so, you’re going to love the new “Recent Activity” display on the main account Admin screen. Here you can see recent activity at a glance such as changes to Agreements, newly created Agreements and recent user logins.
Want more details? Just click on the “access logs” button. Click on the Usage tab, and you get a quick summary of the number of Agreements you’ve uploaded, the number of users registered for your account and the storage space you’ve used in relation to your account’s total allocation.

Mumboe continues to roll out new features that let our users customize the application to their unique business needs. For example, Mumboe’s Events Subscription feature lets you set alerts for important upcoming dates such as Agreement renewals or expiration dates. The old way: you could subscribe to these Event notifications at pre-set intervals such as 30, 60 or 90 days in advance. New this month: Mumboe account admins can customize these intervals to any time period you want by clicking on the Settings link in the Admin screen.

Some of the best features are also the simplest. We’ve added a “Print” link to the Agreement Summary screen. Brilliant!
